When play begins:
say "     The year is 1521 AF, or in layman's terms, 3424 AD.  You are Caoimhe, an otherworldly being of a race split in two by wrath and envy.  You have just graduated from the Interplanetary Exploration Coalition's training and specialization school as an extraterrestrial biologist. You are now aboard the Starship Clepsidra. Here your journey begins. 


     You awaken in your room. You need to get changed into your uniform and leave. What the Fuck is wrong with this game that the shit isn't working right?"

Caoimhe's Room is a room. "Your bed is a hard metal sheet, covered with a thin cetÄƒÅ£ean down mattress. After climbing down you fold it back up into the wall. Looking around you see the small cubullar end table and your dresser. The end table holds your keycard and the dresser holds your day-to-day uniform. To your north the plain hallway door is locked." 

Northern Barracks Hallway Section 1 is north of the plain hallway door.

The end table is in the Caoimhe's Room. The description is "A small cube jutting out from the wall. You have walked into it many times." The end table is fixed in place. Caoimhe's Keycard is on the end table. Caoimhe's Keycard is an object. The description is "A blue bioplastic card with your name and credentials. It unlocks all class-1 and class-2 doors."

You reside in the furthermost room in the furthermost section. There are two other rooms to your east and west with the hall continuing in the north. Your room is the southern room."

The chartreuse  hallway door is a locked closed door. The chartreuse hallway door is west of  the Northern Barracks Hallway Section 1 and east of Nick's Room.

Northern Barracks Common Room is north of Northern Barracks Hallway Section 4. "A nice cosy common room with chairs and bookshelves all around. It's a good place to spend any free time." 

The bookshelf is in Northern Barracks Common Room. The description is "You've read all of these. Nothing interesting here."

The bench is in Northern Barracks Common Room. The description is "A cold metal bench. Not all that comfortable to sit on."

Northern Barracks Mess Hall is north of Northern Barracks Common Room. "A large room  filled with tables. There is a window where you can order your rations." Qida TÉ™kliflÉ™r is a woman in the Northern Barracks Mess Hall.  Description is "Qida TÉ™kliflÉ™r is an older alien woman who serves lunch from behind the window. She doesn't like to talk and glares at you with eyes so icy you feel like you'll freeze. Get your rations and go." Rations is in the field. Rations is edible.

Northern Barracks Washroom is east of Northern Barracks Common Room. "A small room that splits off into three washrooms. You use the northern washroom." Men's Room door is east of Northern Barracks Washroom. Men's Room door is a closed locked door. Lady's Room door is west of Northern Barracks Washroom. Lady's Room door is a closed locked door. Genderless's Room door is  north of Northern Barracks Washroom. Genderless's Room door is a closed locked door. Northern Barracks Washroom Women is west of Lady's Room door. Northern Barracks Washroom Men is east of Men's Room door. 

Northern Barracks Washroom Genderless is north of Genderless's Room door. "A restroom for the odd-gendered or completely genderless races. You suppose the humans didn't really know where to put those like you. Someone is using the shower."

Shower is in Northern Barracks Washroom Genderless. Shower is an openable container. Shower is closed. Shower contains Miru. Understand "use shower" as opening. Description is "A shower. For cleaning purposes. Miru is using it. They sing loudly.... and poorly."  After opening the shower: say "You only glimpse Miru's glistening, pocked green skin and yellowed scleras before they begin to shriek in a pitch so high and loud that you feel the room shatter with you."; Move player to BAD END 1.

BAD END 1 is a room. The description is "Great job dying. Hint: The 
Phokoso race can make a sound that reaches above 345kHz.... More than enough to kill an Aerach. It's used as protection from predators.... Maybe you shouldn't  scare one."

Hehehe, here's a hint for future playthroughs, don't open a shower while someone's in it. That's just gross."

West Hall is below Northwest Hall. "A long  corridor leading to a staircase. The Boiler room is east."

The grated door is east. The grated door is a closed locked door.  

Boiler Room is east of the grated door. "A large room filled with many mechanical increments. You see Julie's keycard laying atop a shelf."

Julietta's Keycard is an object. Julietta's keycard is in the Boiler Room. The description is "A blue bioplastic card with someone elses name and credentials. It unlocks all class-1 and class-2 doors as well as the door to the power core."

Julietta's Keycard unlocks the lavender  hallway door. Julietta's Keycard unlocks Lady's Room door. Julietta's Keycard unlocks the reinforced steel door.

The reinforced steel door is south of the Boiler Room. The reinforced steel door is a closed locked door. The description is "A large steel door. It leads to the Power Core. You could use Julie's keycard to get inside."

The Power Core is south of the reinforced steel door. "A small room with two hollow metal plates on the ceiling and floor. They are connected by a metal tube." 

Metal Tube is in The Power Core. Metal Tube is an openable container. Metal Tube is closed. Metal Tube is fixed in place. The description is "A tall metal tube. You should open it."

After opening the Metal Tube: say "A large golden light.... So shiny.... So.... bright... You feel an overwhelming urge to touch it. You approach. Slowly... Ever so slowly. As you reach the edge of the metal plate you reach out your hand. Your head is pounding. It hurts, dear goddesses, it hurts so much. The pain is stemming from your eyes. Your vision is dimming. You reach further. You must touch that beautiful, beautiful light. Is it just you or is it getting brighter. You touch it. It's so hot! It burns! Make it stop! Makeit STOP! MAKEITSTOP! The fiery warmth spreads through your body, you can feel your skin melting off of your bones. Your blood is quite literally boiling. It hurts. Your vision is gone and you try to tear your hand away. You try to run, but you can't move. You're stuck in place. As you continue to warm well past your natural body heat everything... starts to dim.... the pain... is growing distant... The darkness envelopes you."; Move player to BAD END 2.

Strange Golden Light is in Metal Tube. Strange Golden Light is fixed in place. The description is "A lovely golden light. It radiates warmth."

BAD END 2 is a room. "Wow you must be dense. Who in their right mind touches the glowey thing that's literally called THE POWER CORE. That is inordinately dangerous. Fun Fact: The core heats to 7899.47 degrees Celsius ( 14251.046 F). The average body heat of an Aerach is 79 degrees Celsius (174.2 F)."

The Pine Rocking Chair is in BAD END 2. The Pine Rocking Chair is an object. The Pine Rocking Chair is fixed in place. The description is " A beautiful handcrafted pine rocking chair. A box sits on top." The Intricate Pine Box is on the pine rocking chair. The Intricate Pine Box is an openable container.  The Intricate Pine Box is closed.
