The description of the compartment is "I have no idea why there is a compartment in a cloud." The Handheld Time Portal is a device. The description of the Handheld Time Portal is "It's all wibbly-wobbly. There is an instruction manual attached to it." The Instruction Manual is part of the Handheld Time Portal. The description of the Instruction Manual is "It says 'To use the Time Portal, simply switch it on. When you arrive at your destination, switch it back off again.' It does not specify how to set the time coordinates." Carry out switching on the Handheld Time Portal: move player to unknown; award 50 points; say "Now you should switch the device off.". Carry out switching off the Handheld Time Portal: end the game in victory. The Unknown is a room. "You are now in the year 1995."
