The description of the helmet is "A horned helmet, as any good warrior should have with them. You'll probably need it if you're planning on searching for dragons..." The helmet is wearable.
The description of the old book is "An old, leather bound book, filled with legends of heroes and dragons of time gone by. It looks like it has seen better days."


The Village is north of your house. "The bustling centre of your home village. Your home is south of here. There seems to have been a dragon attack recently. The forest is to the East".
The Chief is a person in the village. 
The description of the chief is "The leader of the village, strong and proud. Today, he looks troubled. The chief is [one of]pacing impatiently around the village [or] talking to a villager [or] looking at the chaos left by the herd of dragons [or] talking to the smith [or] adjusting his sword sheath [cycling]". The chief wears a fur cape, a sword sheath, and Chief's helmet. 
Understand "talk to [someone]" as a mistake ("To start a conversation, try to ASK [the noun] ABOUT something or TELL [the noun] ABOUT something.").

The villager is a person in the village.
The forest is east of the village. The forest is a room. The description of the forest is "An isolated clearing, surrounded by dense trees". 
Tracks are in the forest. The description of the  tracks is "deep scratches and footprints in the mud, made by a huge beast, leading to the cave .". 
The cave is north of the forest. "A dark and eerie cave. Claw marks lead deeper in, where you can hear scuffling and snarling."
The cave is dark. A dragon is an animal. The dragon is in the cave. 
The description of the dragon is "A fearsome winged creature, with scales darker than night itself. It seems to be injured, and is trapped in the cave."
