Weapon manufacture is a room. Weapon manufacture is east of building one

A torch is an object. A torch is in Weapon manufacture.

Carry out taking torch: say "you see a door north and inside there is a chamber"

The chamber is a room. The chamber is north of the weapon manufacture

"Take the key spotted and use it on the door of your choice."

The Boiler Key is in The Chamber.

The Boiler Door is a closed, locked door. The boiler door is south of the weapon manufacture. The Boiler Key unlocks the Boiler door.

"you hear Santa Clause from the boiler room door. HoHoHo"

Santa Clause is in the boiler room. 

The boiler room is a room. The boiler room can be unlocked. The key can unlock the boiler room door. "Once you open the door head south into the room."

"You open the door and see Santa Clause. You find him tied up but itâ€™s nothing you canâ€™t undo. After that you guys head home. Head north.â€

Exit is a room. Exit is north of the boiler room.
