The bedroom is a room. The description is "It is narrow." The bathroom is a room. The bathroom is north of the bedroom. [Using instead of to override a default action.] A person is either awake or asleep. A person is usually awake. [ Instead of sleeping: now the player is asleep; say "You are now asleep." ] Instead of doing something other than waking up or waiting when the player is asleep: say"When you are sleeping you can do nothing". Instead of waking up when the player is asleep: now the player is awake; say "you wake up". Instead of waking up: say "when you are not asleep so you can't wake up".
