The bathtub is a room. it is dark. The sink is a room. The sink is north of the bathtub. "you woke up in the bathroom you have no idea when or how you got there, to the right of you there is a door" The hallway is a room. the hallway is east of the sink. "down the hallway you see a door ahead of you to the right and at the very end of the hallway is a big metal door" The bedroom is a room. the bedroom is east of the hallway. "this seems to be someone's bedroom" The safe is a room. the safe is north of the hallway.
