"Lost In The Jungle" The Jungle clearing is a room. "You are a rookie helicopter pilot who has crashed their vehicle inside of an unknown jungle due to turbulence malfunction. Massive trees swallow you from all sides and what used to be your helicopter lies beside you. To the north, you see a narrow path." A Helicopter is an object in the Jungle clearing. It is fixed in place. The description of the helicopter is "A Bell 350 ranger helicopter with minor turbulence failure and a shattered wing. Metal may be needed to repair the helicopter." The Jungle thicket is north of the Jungle clearing. "You find yourself in the deepest part of the jungle. The humid atmosphere is intoxicating and leaves you feeling somewhat dazed. Your ears are drowned with the powerful sounds of birds and insects chirping. To the east, you see a small body of water. To the north, you see a mysterious small clearing. To the west you faintly depict an eerie area enveloped in fog." The Pond is east of the Jungle thicket. "You are at the edge of a small pond. Just a bit further north lies the waters. The water is murky and filled with moss and vegetation, obscuring your view of what lies within. You can try climbing into the water, but it's not recommended." The Water is north of the Pond. Confrontation is a scene. Confrontation begins when the player is in the Water for the first turn. An Alligator is a person. "An alligator is staring at you with an unnerving gaze." When Confrontation begins: say "An alligator charges at you, jaws wide open, looking to make you its next snack."; now the Alligator is in the Water; if the player is not carrying the bait: end the story; say "The alligator wastes no time leaping out of the water and relieves you of your head. Maybe you should've brought an alternative meal choice."; otherwise: now the Alligator is off-stage; say "The alligator wastes no time leaping out of the water but instead of consuming you, it chooses the rather appetizing piece of bait you're clutching. Consider yourself lucky. After you gather yourself you notice that you're surrounded by schools of fish." The fish is in the water. The description of the fish is "The fish glisten with holy sparkling light. It's as if hope itself has been infused in these aquatic creatures. They seem like an even better snack--never mind it's just normal fish I was tripping." The Mysterious small clearing is north of the Jungle thicket. "You feel an overwhelming amount of pressure upon entering the room, alerting all five of your senses. From the corner of your eyes, you spot a hazy figure in the distance who appears to be holding some sort of weapon, almost like a spear. You should ask them about help." Hazy figure is a person in the Mysterious small clearing. Every turn when the player can see the Hazy Figure: say "The mysterious figure stands imposingly before you." Instead of asking Hazy Figure about "help": say "Tarzan sticks his chest out proudly and says, 'I am Tarzan, king of this jungle. If you wish for my aid then you must first prove your worth. I am rather hungry right now, bring forth some fish.'" Instead of asking the Hazy Figure about something: say "The Hazy figure stares at you for several seconds and says 'Who are you?'" Instead of giving the Fish to Hazy Figure: say "It's about time, any longer and I would have considered hunting you down and feeding you to my Tigress here. What did you need help with again? Oh yea, a broken helicopter huh? Not sure what that is but shouldn't be too different from a spear right? Go grab me some metal so I can actually fix your helicopter. I believe it's somewhere near the statue room." Instead of giving the metal to Hazy Figure: say "You have given the piece of metal to Tarzan, and he miraculously fixes your helicopter within seconds. You climb into your helicopter and ride off into the sunset. Maybe consider practicing a bit more before you take up helicopter lessons again."; end the story saying "You have finally escaped the jungle." The Eerie area is west of the Jungle thicket. "The area is drenched in fog, the only thing you can make out is a fork in front of you. To the north you hear an ominous voice calling out to you, beckoning you to come over. To the northwest, you sense an imposing aura." The Abandoned house is north of the Eerie area. "After walking north for a while the fog seems to dissipate instantly, revealing the ruins of an abandoned house donning a coat of moss. You suddenly find yourself inside the foyer of the house, unaware of how you got there. A small voice in your head encourages you to choose a door. To the east, you see a door stained with a red, oozy substance. To the north you see an old maple door, the handle looks like it might give you a splinter. To the west you see a bright yellow door glowing vibrantly from an unexplainable cause." The Room of flames is north of the Abandoned house. After going to the room of flames: say "You feel the floor leave beneath your feet as your body plummets straight down being engulfed in a wave of flames, leaving nothing but ashes behind. Oh well, looks like you picked the wrong door, better luck next time."; end the game in death. The Lion's room is east of the Abandoned house. After going to the lion's room: say "You open the door to find yourself face to face with the most petrifying and ferocious beast you've ever seen. The lion glares at you with absolute hunger in its eyes and an uncontrollable amount of saliva dripping from its mouth. You let out a blood-curdling scream for help but your efforts are in vain as the lion pounces on you almost instantly, ripping your head clean off. As you take your final breath you can't help but wonder how a lion got into such a small room. Pretty funny."; end the game in death. The Room of light is west of the Abandoned house. After going to the room of light: say "You choose the vibrant yellow door after a not-so-careful consideration. You gently push open the door, almost blinded by the scintillating light from behind. The glowing vanishes almost immediately as your eyes slowly readjust only to find a completely empty room with nothing but a mysterious and dusty box in the very corner." The box is in the Room of light. It is fixed in place. The description of the box is "The box is old and damaged, shielded by a thick layer of dust." The box is an openable, closed container. After opening the box, say "You click open the box out of curiosity revealing a strong rancid smell stemming from rows upon rows of bait." The bait is in the box. The description of the bait is "Old and stinky bait. Despite its sickening smell, this could prove to be useful." The bait is edible. After eating the fish, say "You have just made a grave mistake. That bait could have been useful." The Statue room is northwest of the Eerie area. "Upon entering the room, a strong spiritual pressure knocks you off your feet, compelling you to cower in fear. You slowly and cautiously raise your head to assess the situation only to see yourself amidst hundreds of statues. You see a lion, the strongest animal in the jungle, a cheetah, the fastest, an eagle, the king of the sky, and various other unique animals. However, what catches your attention is an oddly-shaped throne emitting menacing energy propped at the dead center of the room, covered with leaves and jungle vines." The Statue of King Kong is in the Statue room. It is fixed in place. The Statue of Godzilla is in the Statue room. It is fixed in place. The Mysterious Throne is in the Statue room. It is fixed in place. The description of the statue of King Kong is "An enormous statue of King Kong carved out of a precious rock to indicate a symbol of strength. Opposite of this is the statue of Godzilla." The description of the statue of Godzilla is "A terrifying statue of Godzilla carved out of valuable stone to indicate a symbol of terror. Opposite of this is the statue of King Kong." The description of the mysterious throne is "Tarzan's throne, a throne only worthy of being sat by the most pure-hearted, courageous member of the jungle. You are not worthy." The Metal is in the statue room. The description of the Metal is "A lustrous, sturdy piece of multipurpose metal that could be used for repairing." Instead of eating metal: say "Are you really that hungry that you've resorted to eating metal? Get a hold of yourself."
