"Dungeon Quest Part 1" by Justin Sutherland Use no scoring. When play begins: say " You wake up on the floor of a mysterious dining hall. There is a large dining table across the middle of the room. To the East, there is an iron door leading to cell1. To the West there is a wood door leading to cell2. To the North, there is a stone door leading to cell3. To the South, there is a gold door that opens with the use of a sword that leads to dungeon room. who knows what monsters lie beyond that door, you better equip yourself before entering." The wood door is a closed door. The gold door is a closed locked door. bronze sword unlock gold door. The stone door is a closed door. The iron door is a closed door. The iron door is east of dining hall. The wood door is west of dining hall. The stone door is north of dining hall. The gold door is south of dining hall. The dining hall is a room cell block1 is a room. cell block1 is east of iron door. "you are inside a cell block with a large wooden chest in the middle of the cell." a large wooden chest is in cell block1. large wooden chest is a closed , openable container. inside large wooden chest is bronze armor. bronze armor is an object. The bronze armor is wearable. The bronze armor unlocks obsidian door. description of armor is "armor is wearable." cell block2 is a room. cell block2 is west of wood door. "you are inside a cell block with a small wooden chest in the middle of the cell." a small wooden chest is in cell block2. small wooden chest is a closed , openable container. inside small wooden chest is a bronze sword. bronze sword is an object. "you are inside a Giant's dungeon, you see a giant standing in the middle of the room club-in-hand, . on the opposite side of the room, there is an obsidian door going south that looks as if your armor must fall into place on the door for it to open." vicious giant is an object. vicious giant is in Giant's Dungeon. metal chest is an object. metal chest is in Giant's Dungeon. metal chest is a closed , openable container. inside metal chest is letter. letter is a closed, openable , container. obsidian door is south of Giant's Dungeon. the obsidian door is a closed , locked door. instead of opening letter: say " to: The Warrior, I have placed you down here so that i may send my goblin army into your village and assume control. By now it is too late for you to save the village and it has already fallen under my control. But if you prove your skills and make it out of this dungeon, i may be able to use you to my benefit. good luck." The initial appearance of the vicious giant is "The giant is Large in stature and looks as if he would enjoy beating you to death.... but i have a strange feeling he wont. Examine him to see what he wants." After examining the vicious giant the first time, say " giant says: My master has put me down here to see if you could complete his tasks. he has instructed me to, instead of killing you , to make sure you get a letter he wrote to you. You will find this letter in the chest behind me. Once you have opened the letter, you may proceed."
