"Stereotypes" by Andrea Use no scoring. There are three different endings. The Bedroom is a room. Instead of going nowhere, say "Might not want to go that way." â€Your alarm rings and you roll out of bed. It was a long sleepless night, but you are running late for school. As you brush the sleep from your eyes, your desk comes into focus. In the corner sits your backpack for school. You can smell your mom cooking bacon and eggs in the kitchen. The kitchen is south.†> A backpack is in the bedroom. A backpack is a closed openable container. In the backpack is a gun. The gun is fixed in place. [If the player looks at gun the game ends sadly] The description of gun is "You pick up the gun and caress the barrel. Those sons-of-bitches at school aren't going to mess with you anymore. Their insults the past year kept you up all night. Who cares if you love video games and are on the shorter side? They certainly won't after today. You will finally get to put your Call of Duty skills to good use." >[If player looks at computer, the game ends happily] A desk is fixed in place in the Bedroom. On the desk is a computer. The description of computer is "On the screen your World of Warcraft game is still up. You know you've got to get to school, but you can't resist playing for a little bit longer. It already kept you up all night, why not play a few more minutes now? And then you can get right back to it when you get home." >[going south-succeeded] The Kitchen is south of the Bedroom. Every turn: if player is in the Kitchen: say "You enter the kitchen and see your mom put out a nice big breakfast for you. She asks why you were up so late, and you respond saying you were studying for a test. You gobble up the eggs and bacon. A new video game your friends were talking about is being released. Maybe you will swing by to pick it up."; end the game in victory.
