"candyland" [INTRODUCTION] When play begins: say " you are in a dark forest there is a slight chill in the air. around you you see a dense forest with a path. the smell of ginger bread is in the air. and the wind is blowing through the trees." [dark forest] the dark forest is a room. the description of the dark forest is "you are in a dark forest you are very cold. to the south you see some rooftops in the distance. there is a faint smell of gingerbread." [gingerbread town] The gingerbread town is a room. the gingerbread town is south of the dark forest. The description of the gingerbread town is "the smell of gingerbread is overwhelming you now. to the East you see a house which looks abandoned. the door is slightly open. to the west you see a dark sticky passageway. to the south is a dark alley" [marshmallow alley] the marshmallow alley is a room. the marshmallow alley is south of the gingerbread town. the description of the marshmallow alley is "you the alley is dark and very sticky you start to sink into the ground and it is becoming hard to breathe. it is to dark to see anywhere and you can't move you start to sink deeper and deeper into the ground." after entering the marshmallow alley: say "everything starts to become dark, the hot marshmallow is burning into your shoes the more you struggle, the faster you sink."; end the game in death. [licorice swamp] the licorice swamp is a room. the licorice swamp is west of the gingerbread town. the description of the licorice swamp is " you are surrounded by licorice and it looks to be some type of bog. to the north looks to be a way out and next to you is a lollipop. and to the north is a shiny road made out of candy canes" the lollipop is in the licorice swamp. the description of the lollipop is "it looks to be a ordinary lollipop. I heard that the queen loves lollipops." after taking lollipop: increase the score by 50; say "well done!" [candy cane road] the candy cane road is a room. the candy cane road is north of the licorice swamp. the description of the candy cane road is "this is just a pathway and on the side of the road you see a cake" here is a cake. The cake is edible. after eating the cake: say "you eat the cake and the room starts to become spotty. blackness starts to creep into your vision and you determined this cake was poisoned."; end the game in death. [gingerbread house] the gingerbread house is a room. the gingerbread house is east of the gingerbread town. The description of The gingerbread house is "the house is in ruins, and there is crumbs all over the floor In the east of the room you see a trap door and a dark passageway underneath it." [passageway] The passageway is a room. The passageway is east of the gingerbread house. The description of the passageway is "You are in a dark passage way and it is going one way to the south." [gummy bear lair] The gummy bear lair is a room. The gummy bear lair is south of the passageway. The description of the gummy bear lair is "you look to to be in some type of lair with gummy bears all around you. you see a passageway to the south. and you notice that the gummy bear king has a sword laying next to him " The sword is in the gummy bear lair. the description of the sword is "it looks to be made of candy canes" after taking sword: increase the score by 50; say "well done!" the gummy bear king is a person in the gummy bear lair. the description of the gummy bear king is "he is shooting you a look." [ dungeon] the dungeon is a room. the dungeon is south of the gummy bear lair. the description of the dungeon is "it is completely abandoned. you start to get a dark chill up your spine. the lights look to be out, but there is a light switch in the corner. to the east there seems to be a entrance of some sort." the light switch is a device in the dungeon. the light switch is fixed in place. the light is switched on. carry out switching off the light switch: now the dungeon is dark. carry out switching on the light switch: now the dungeon is lighted. [gate] the gate is a room. the gate is east of the dungeon. the description of the gate is "you are in a entrance way there is a metal door ahead of you. and behind the door to the west you see the tips of candy canes." the metal door is a closed locked door. the candy cane key unlocks the metal door. the metal door is east of the gate and west of the castle. the key is a object in the gate. the key unlocks the metal door. [castle] the castle is a room. the castle is west of the gate. the description of the castle is "you are in a giant castle. everything is made out of candy. there is licorice hanging form the ceiling like confetti. and the walls look to be made of ginger bread." every turn while in the castle: if score is 100 begin; say "suddenly everything around you starts to shake, and where was once a statue of a very regal looking lady now stands the queen herself. she says good job! you have saved this land of candy land and have done a great deed."; end the game in victory; end if.
