"Drunken Night" by Anna Richman The Foyer is a room. "You have just woken up at your friend's house in a state of panic. Last night, you and your closest 80 friends gathered at your friend's house to have a party. The night got a little too crazy, and everybody passed out drunk. The first thing that you realize is that your keys to your house are missing. The reason that you need the keys to your house immediately is because you have a job interview in one hour. In order to get your keys to your car, (which are in your house), you must find your house keys. Your only plan of action is to wander the house in search of either people or clues that will help you remember places to look." The Small Brown Door is a door. The Small Brown Door is unlocked. The Small Brown Door is east of the Foyer and west of the Living Room. The Living Room is a room. There is a couch in the Living Room. There is a television in the Living Room. There is a reclining chair in the Living Room. There is a bookshelf in the Living Room. There is a sidetable in the Living Room. There is a book on the sidetable. "You might want to examine the Living Room to find any clues that might allow you to remember where you went in the house last night. You have a feeling that the key is on the first floor, so you should search that floor first." After taking the book when the book is not handled: say "You see that this book is about cooking. This reminds you that you were cooking in the kitchen last night! Maybe you should check the kitchen for your keys." The White Door is a door. The White door is unlocked. There is a perfect breeze and the sun is shining. If you hadn't been having such bad luck today, you might think that it was beautiful outside. The Backyard runs along the entire back side of your friend's house. Just south of you is Lake Street, which happens to run directly into the Sun Room of your house." The Breeze is a backdrop. The Breeze is in the Backyard. The glass table is scenery in the Backyard. The Screen Door is a door. The Screen Door is lockable and locked. The metal key unlocks the Screen Door. The Tiny Door is south of the Master Bedroom and north of the Bathroom. The Bathroom is a room. "This bathrom is disgusting. No matter how drunk you were last night, you do not think that you would have entered this room. It appears to not have been cleaned in years." The Exercise Room is a room. "You can tell that this used to be a room where people exercised in, however all of the equiptment is either broken or rusted over." There is a magazine on the floor. The magazine is portable. After taking the magazine when the magazine is not handled, say "This magazine reminds you of last night when you took this magazine from the pile of magazines in the Study. Maybe you should check the Study for your keys!" The Wooden Door is a door. The Wooden Door is unlocked. The Wooden Door is south of the Play Room and north of the Exercise Room. The Study is a room. "This room looks boring as well. The only things in this room are a few empty bookshelves, some empty boxes and an elegant rug. In defeat, you consider laying down on the rug, until you see your keys on the floor!" There is a metal key in the study. The metal key is portable. After taking the metal key when the metal key is not handled, say "FINALLY YOU FOUND YOUR KEYS! Now all you have to do is find your way out of this house and get back home!" The Peach Door is a door. The Peach Door is unlocked. The Peach Door is east of the Exercise Room and west of the Study. The Lake Street is a room. "This is such a familiar street for you. You walk on this street multiple times a day. It feels good to almost be home." The Lake Street is south of the Backyard. The Sun Room To Your House is a room. The Screen Door is a door. The Screen Door is lockable and locked. The metal key unlocks the Screen Door. The Screen Door is east of the Lake Street and west of the Sun Room To Your House. After opening the Screen Door, end the story finally saying "Inside of the Sun Room, you find the keys to your car! Now you can go to your interview!"
