The Bedroom is a room. "You are woken up by a creepy sound in your bedroom. Nothing seems to be present, except your favorite stuffed animal,'Fluffy'. 'Fluffy' has basically been your best friend for years now, he's always there for you. He is located in the back right corner. The staircase is east of your bedroom and is the only exit. " [Creates the bedroom and tells player what is in the bedroom.] Fluffy is a thing in the Bedroom. The description of Fluffy is "Your favorite stuffed animal wants you to hold him tight." [Creates the main subject of the story, Fluffy (stuffed animal).] The note is a thing. The description of the note is "There is a chest in the basement with Fluffy inside. You will never find the key though. By the way, I possessed your dog! ~ Anonymous" [Creates a note that tells the player what to do next.] Instead of taking Fluffy: say "POOF! Fluffy has disappeared and now a note replaces Fluffy's spot."; Move the Note to the Bedroom; [Makes the note appear in the bedroom in replace of Fluffy if the player tries to take Fluffy.] The Staircase is east of the Bedroom. "South will bring you downstairs to the kitchen, and north will bring you to the attic." [Creates a new room - the staircase.] Color is a kind of value. The colors are angry-red and happy-yellow. Animals have color. Animals are usually angry-red. [Creates a color value. This will be used to inform the player the current mood of the pitbull.] your pet pitbull is a male animal in the Bedroom. The description of your pet pitbull is "Your pitbull looks [the color of your pet pitbull] . He seems to be sitting on something." Understand "dog" and "puppy" as your pet pitbull. [Creates a pet pitbull which is located in the bedroom. It describes the pitbull using the color value that was previously created. Also allows the player to say 'dog' or 'puppy' instead of 'your pet pitbull.'] The metal key is a thing. [Creates a metal key.] The Attic is north of the Staircase. "There is a note on the attic door: Locked - Please go back downstairs." [Creates a new room - the attic. Informs the player that the attic is locked and can't be accessed.] The Kitchen is south of the Staircase. "The room is somewhat dark. The only light you can see is coming from the window located in the back of the room. South will bring you to the basement." [Creates a new room - the kitchen. Informs the player that the room is dark and that light is coming from a window. Also informs the player that the basement is located south of the kitchen.] The window is scenery in the kitchen. "Through the window you see your front yard." [(Cooper 1).] [Creates a window in the kitchen.] The box of cheerios is a thing in the kitchen. [Creates a box of cheerios in the kitchen.] The fridge is a closed container. The fridge is in the kitchen. The fridge is openable. [Creates a fridge in the kitchen. Allows the player to open/close the fridge and allows items to be stored in the fridge.] chocolate is a thing in the fridge. A dog treat is in the fridge. [Creates chocolate and a dog treat which are both located in the fridge.] Instead of giving box of cheerios to your pet pitbull: say "Your dog looks hungry but doesn't seem interested in cereal." [If the player attempts to give box of cheerios to dog, a message informs the player that the dog is hungry but not for cereal.] Instead of giving Chocolate to your pet pitbull: say "Dogs aren't supposed to have chocolate! Your dog devoured the chocolate and began running after you. You are severely hurt and won't be able to find Fluffy today. " ;end the story. [If the player attemps to give the dog chocolate, a message appears saying the dog has gone psycho. The message informs the player that they have lost. The game then ends.] Instead of giving dog treat to your pet pitbull: say " Your pet pitbull gobbles up the dog treat. He is really happy! Your dog gets up and reveals a metal key underneath him."; change color of your pet pitbull to happy-yellow.; move the metal key to the bedroom.; change description of your pet pitbull to "Your pitbull looks [the color of your pet pitbull] ." [If the player gives a dog treat to the dog, a message appears that informs the player that a metal key is found underneath the dog. This code moves the metal key to the bedroom. This code changes the color value of the dog to happy.] The basement is south of the kitchen. "The basement is dark and mysterious." [Creates a new room - basement. ] The chest is a locked container in the basement. The metal key unlocks the chest. [Creates a chest in the basement. Allows the chest to hold items and be unlocked/locked with the metal key.] A package of stuffed animals is in the chest. Understand "package" and "animals" as package of stuffed animals. [Creates a package of stuffed animals in the chest. Allows the player to use 'package' and 'animals' instead of 'package of stuffed animals.] Instead of taking package of stuffed animals: say "Yipee! Fluffy has been saved and you now have numerous other stuffed animals too! Time for some rest." ; end the story. [Informs the player that they have won once they take the package of stuffed animals.
