"2012 apocolypse" by courtlan ponty The elevator is a room. "The strange room you're standing in is shaking. It is small. The lights are flickering. Dry wall chunks are covering the floor. Where are you? Who are you? Why does your head hurt? You are lost. You look up and see a panel of buttons. Youre in an elevator. You feel blood dripping down your fore head. There is a hallway north." The Middleton tower is north of the elevator. "The Middleton tower is torn apart. What was once a succesful office building, has been partially destroyed. Drywall everywhere, furniture fliped...there is a stair case east of the hallway." After going to the middleton tower for the first time: say "You dont know whats happening. You look around for people but the building is empty. You hear screams coming from the streets below. You look out the window to see the city of new york abandoning their cars and fleeing. Buildings have collapsed. Looks like an earth quake. Why are you the only one in the building? get out!" The Staircase is a room. It is east of the Middleton tower. "the stair case is cement but cracked. You have to move around the broken steps but get through safely. You can see a cluttered street just outside the main doors to the west." The street is a room. It is west of the main doors. " the street is cluttered with cars and panicky people. Every one is running one direction." The main doors is a door. It is openable. It is west of the staircase. "the main doors are tall and glass. Gold colored handels to push open. This building is very fancy." After going to the street for the first time: say " You stand outside the main doors is shock and confusion. The force of everyone running one way blows your suit open. You cant seem to move. Watching everyone run one direction, you see a man running the opposite. He is yelling at you. You cant seem to make out what he is saying though." The smoke is a backdrop. It is everywhere. "the smoke is thick...heavy. The city is a war zone leavind grey thickness all through the air." Rhys is a man in the street. "The man is running through the crowd towards you. He is screaming at you, saying...It's Rhys!!" The description is "Rhys is wearing sweat pants and a t-shirt. He is tall and looks a bit like you. You can not recognise him otherwise." Rhys is wearing sweat pants. Rhys is carrying a gun. Talking to is an action applying to one visible thing. Understand "talk to [someone]" or “converse with [someone]†as talking to. Instead of talking to rhys: say "you wave to rhys confused [paragraph break] rhys grabs you by the arm,encouraging you to run. You are consufed but you run with him. Its as if he knows you...[paragraph break] He seems to know where to go so you follow him west." The back alley is a room. It is west of the street. "the back alley is dark, there is a little bit of light coming from the lights in the building beside you but not enough to see where youre walking. Suddenly rhys turns on a flash light. [paragraph break] You look down the alley and see daylight coming from the east.. [paragraph break] He points at a card board box and shouts at you to hurry up. " The card board box is a container in the back alley. It is openable. There is a flashlight in the card board box. The flashlight is a device in the card board box. Carry out switching on the flashlight: now the flashlight is lit. Carry out switching off the flashlight: now the flashlight is dark. After printing the name of a container: omit contents in listing. After taking flashlight: say "rhys looks at you with care in his eyes.. [paragraph break] 'Im so glad youre alive, troy' he says [paragraph break] troy...you assume thats your name.. [paragraph break] ' i have no idea who you are or who i am or whats happening.' you say. [paragraph break] rhys looks at your head and sighs.. 'your name is troy, i am your best friend, you live here in NYC, you have no wife or children because you are a workaholic ass hole. but ive stuck by your side. this is what you would call a zombie apocalypse. im guessing that bump on your head gave you amnesia. we dont have time to go through your babie pictures right now so just trust and follow me. okay? kay." Before opening the wooden fence: if the player carries the flashlight, continue the action; otherwise say "You need to find something to light the way! look around!" instead. The wooden fence is east of the back alley. The wooden fence is a locked door. It is scenery. The hard kick unlocks the wooden fence. The player carries the hard kick. "the wooden fence is fairly new a sturdy. It surrounds the back yard of a friendly neighbor hood house. Looks like it was built to keep small children or animals from wondering off." Before opening the wooden fence: say "' We need supplies! Its a pretty sturdy fence, try a hard kick' says rhys." The small house is a room. It is north of the wooden fence. "The small house just inside the wooden fence is cute and yellow. The family that lived here before must have been a happy one. Sad to think they are walking around unconsiously eating human flesh, as zombies. The door is open, the hallway is north." The hallway is north of the small house. "Three rooms are along the hallway, there are thigs all over the house, people looking for supplies im guessing. you can see a nursery east." The nursery is east of the hallway. It is dark. "the nursery is freshly painted and pink. A little girl... There is a small table beside the cradle, a frame sits on the table, youre curious so you bend down to look at it. The kitches is west of the hallway." The small table is a supporter in the nursery. "You see a frame holding a cracked glass covered picture of the family of three. Happy, safe....not anymore. You wonder where rhys is." The picture frame is on the small table. The kitches is a room. It is west of the hallway. "The kitchen is fancy, but a mess. Cupboards open, food scattered, signs of a panicked evacuation. there is an exit south." Exit is a room. It is south of the kitches. instead of going to the exit: end the game in death.
