"8th Grade HALE Project" by Dillon and Patra The Hall is a room. "[if the Hall is unvisited]Our viewpoint on the JFK assassination in 2016 is an odd one. Most say it had changed America forever. In this game, you will find many facts about John F. Kennedy, the JFK Assassination, and the accounts of witnesses at the scene. To begin, click to the right of the '>' and type 'examine (object name)' if you would like to get info on an object in the room. Please make sure to type the exact name of the object[end if][if the Hall is visited][end if]." There is Desk #1 in the Hall. There is Desk #2 in the Hall. The Book #1 is on Desk #1. The Book #1 is a closed, openable container. Inside the Book #1 is a Page #1, Page #2, Page #3 and Page #4. Page #4 is fixed in place. The description of the Page #1 is "Fact #1: One of Kennedy's legs was shorter than the other. Fact #2: JFK donated all of his $100k yearly salary to charity. He was also the richest of all the presidents at that time. Fact #3: Jack Ruby (who killed Lee Harvey Oswald), Lee Harvey Oswald (who killed John F. Kennedy), and John F. Kennedy (35th president of the United States) all died in the same hospital." The description of the Page #2 is “Fact #4: At Love Field (an airport in Dallas), Jacqueline Kennedy was given red roses, while at previous stops she was given yellow. She believed she had missed an omen there. Fact #5: The open-topped limousine that the president rode in when he died was flown in from Washington D.C. Fact #6: In 1963, it was not a federal crime to assassinate a president. Lee Harvey Oswald was actually arrested for the murder of Officer Tippit, 45 minutes after shooting Kennedy.†The description of the Page #3 is “Fact #7: Jackie slipped her wedding ring onto her husband’s finger to be buried with him. However, she later had an aide retrieve it. Fact #8: John F. Kennedy was buried on his son’s third birthday, November 25th of 1963. His daughter’s sixth birthday was two days later. Fact #9: On Veteran’s Day (November 11th, 1963), Kennedy laid a wreath on the grave of an unknown soldier in Arlington National Cemetery. He was buried there exactly two weeks later.†The description of the Page #4 is “Fact #10: Oswald attempted to defect to Russia in 1959. He also had a wife, who he met there, and a daughter. Fact #11: An Avid James Bond fan, JFK once created a false Bond film about his own assassination, complete with grieving widow and secret service agents. This was a month before his actual assassination and death. “ The Book #2 is on Desk #2. The description of Desk #1 is "A hardy wood desk." The description of Desk #2 is "A hardy wood desk." The description of Book #1 is "A book chock full of facts about John F. Kennedy and his assassination. To open, type 'open Book #1'." The description of Book #2 is "This book contains quotes of people who had witnessed JFK's assassination. To open, type 'open Book #2'." The Book #2 is a closed, openable container. Inside the Book #2 is a Page#1 and Page#2. The Page-#1 is fixed in place. The Page-#2 is fixed in place. The description of the Page#1 is “Statements in this book may not be accurate, as they come from claims people have made.†The description of the Page#2 is “Jean Hill is a woman who told of seeing a Grassy Knoll shooter, of seeing Jack Ruby in Dealey Plaza, and of being waylaid and intimidated by phony ‘Secret Service agents’ in the minutes following the assassination. Roger Craig testified to seeing Oswald flee the scene in a Rambler station wagon with an accomplice, to seeing a Mauser recovered in the sixth floor of the Depository, and to have witnessed a confrontation in Dallas Policy headquarters that implicated Ruth Paine in the assassination. A Beverly Oliver claims to have seen Oswald and Ruby together in the Carousel Club, and to have photographed the assassination in Dealey Plaza (with the FBI confiscating the film). Ed Hoffman, claimed to have seen a Grassy Knoll shooter.â€
