The Forest is a room. "The forest you find yourself in is almost surreal, not quite tangible but there all the same. Its dark- so dark you shouldn't be able to see, yet still you do. Presently, you are in a clearing that bodes a silvery, still lake that reflects the stars above; as above so below. A single path leads out of the clearing, into the definitely black abyss of the dense forest, its bearing is due North. Why were you here again?" The description of the lake is "As a mirror, tantalizing, but the chill wind proves too much and you decide against swimming." The lake is in the Forest. The lake is scenery. Understand the command "swim" as something new. Understand "swim in lake " as examining [lake]. The Second Clearing is a room. The second clearing is north of the forest. "After having traveled for an indeterminable amount of time, with nothing but the darkness around you, coming out from the bordered path and into this place is incredible. There is an ambiance of beauty, of sporadic lights intermittently spreading across the dark green of the foliage. In directly the middle of the clearing, further North, there rests a perfect cabin, and despite all intuitions, you are drawn to it. Where exactly are you, again?" The Cabin is a room. The desk is in the Cabin. The desk is fixed in place. The drawer is part of the desk. The drawer is a closed openable container. The Cabin is north of the second clearing. "Inside, it is oddly still. There is a prevalent sense of absence, though you cannot discern what exactly is missing. To the left there is a fireplace, livid with a listless fervor. There is a desk to the right, with a small lockbox glinting in the firelight and but one drawer, haphazardly carved. A rug with an intricate, yet delightful pattern rests below you. The rafters above are cloaked in the shadow of an endless night. There are two windows of negligible importance. North still there stands a single, solitude door. Despite all this, you know that the lockbox is the most interesting piece. Wait, where is the place? You seem to have forgotten." South is a locked door. North is a locked door. The description of the folded paper is "The paper is creased and crumbling, through its thin boundaries you can see but one word shakily written, forming a question." The folded paper is in the lockbox. The silver key is an object. The silver key unlocks the lockbox. The description of the desk is "Sturdy, well crafted. A signature seems to be 'McGregger', perhaps the maker? There is also a single drawer." The silver key is in the drawer. The description of the window is "Outside the tall trees are swaying with an unseen wind. The air is pure, the clouds have parted and the moon shines down, unperturbed and indomitable." The window is in the cabin. The window is scenery. The rug is in the cabin. The rug is scenery. The description of the rug is "Wondrously designed, it is a series of flowing patterns that at first seem sporadic." The folded paper is a closed, openable container. The silver key unlocks the lockbox. The lockbox is a closed openable locked container. The lockbox is in the Cabin. In the folded paper is one word. The description of the one word is "PROM?" Understand the command "unfold" as "open". The description of the key is "Ineffably smooth, what could this unlock?" The description of the rafters is "Dark, and not the least bit unnerving." The rafters is scenery. The rafters is in the Cabin. The fireplace is in the Cabin. The fireplace is scenery. The description of the fireplace is "The flames flicker, uncertain yet strong. They cast oblong shadows across the cabin, though they waver and though they are a manifestation of darkness, you are not despaired for there is something unseen that calms you."
