You are in a room called the Awakening. "You wake up on a cold, hard surface. As you sit up, you realize you don’t recognize the room. The walls are made of perfectly smooth silver metal, and the shallow ceiling is of the same material. The floor upon which you are sitting is made of a black material so reflective that it seems as though your reflection is another person. As you wonder how you came to be in this room, a portion of the wall slides open to reveal an old fashioned TV. You suddenly realize that you can’t remember anything from before this room, besides your name of course. The TV screen flickered on, revealing a static black and white image of a woman, dressed all in black. Her white hair is tightly drawn into a bun, and dark, round sunglasses cover her face. 'Hello, and welcome to the Cube.' Her words hang in the air as you try to understand what she means. What is the Cube? Why am I here? She abruptly interrupts your thoughts. 'Your only rule is that you do not reveal your name. Retrieve a box hidden somewhere in this facility. Find it, and you will be free. Fail to do so, and there will be consequences.' The wall then sealed itself to its former smooth surface. A small box slides out from the wall, a key resting in the center. As you take the key, two doors appear. The first door is a blood red metal door, the number 1 painted neatly in jet black ink. The second door is a bright blue door, the number two painted on in a milky white color. You must pick a door to enter." You are inside the Awakening. The red door is a closed, locked door. The blue door is a closed,locked door. The red door is openable. The blue door is openable. The red door is west of the Awakening and east of the Long Hallway. The blue door is east of the Awakening and west of the Robot Room. The box is a closed, fixed in place, openable container. The floor is a supporter. On the floor is the box. The description of the box is "A small, light container that can be opened, closed, and can be used to hold things." The floor is fixed in place in the Awakening. A key is in the box. The key unlocks the red door and blue door. The description of the Robot Room is "You open the blue door carefully to reveal a dimly lit room. A white powdery substance covers the floor, allowing you to see footprints on the ground. One track leads to a green door with the letter S written on it, the other track leading to the robot. You notice that the footprints that lead to the robot don’t go anywhere after they reach him, but you don’t give it much thought." To the north there is a robot. Robot is a machine. The robot unit is a device in the Robot Room. The robot is fixed in place and switched off.
