The Bedroom is east of the living room. "You search for a soccer ball. There is a closet to the east. The closest you have is a ping pong ball. And that's not very close. The living room is west."

The closet is in the bedroom.

Instead of taking the closet:
move the wooden trunk to the bedroom;
say "You open the doors. Inside is a wooden trunk."
