"John Tory - A tale of Austerity"

Toronto - 2022 is a room. "The sun rises on your 9th year in office. You can smell some rotting garbage from your multi-million dollar balcony on Bloor street. Luckily property taxes are low." 

Bloor Street is outside. "The street is littered with garbage from an overflowing garbage container. Someone is passed out in the park next to your condo. The smell of status-quo is in the air."

The description of garbage can is "It's overflowing and broken"

Trash is in the garbage can.

Dave is a person in Bloor Street.
Dave can be awake or asleep.
The description of Dave is "Dave appears to be homeless".
After talking to Dave, say "Dave mumbles something about his usual park being surrounded by a fence. Then goes back to sleep"
