Your head is a room. "You are alone with your thoughts." You head contains thoughts. Your head contains beliefs. The thoughts are scenery. The beliefs are scenery. The description of the thoughts is "You are always thinking. You find it impossible to stop." The description of the beliefs is "You have so many of these... your head is heavy with them."
