"Zombies" [ROOMS] Basement is a room. "You wake up in a dark basement. The room is dark, but there is faint light light coming from the doorway to the west." The hallway is a room. The hallway is west of the basement. "You open the door to a dim hallway lined with emergency lights. Ahead to the east is another wooden door. There are stairs south of you." The bedroom is a room. The bedroom is east of the wooden door. The stairs are a room. The stairs are south of the hallway and north of the foyer. "From the stairs, you can see a foyer to the south." The foyer is a room. The foyer is south of the stairs, east of the kitchen, and north of the street. "From the foyer, you can hear crying in the kitchen to your west. You can also see the street through a doorway to the south." The kitchen is a room. "You look around you, and notice a hunched figure in the corner, crying over a small dead body. As you move to retreat, the woman hears you, and turns around. You realize immediately that she is a zombie. The zombie woman sees you, and stops crying over her dead child. She proceeds toward you, her mouth open hungrily. You try running, but do not succeed; the zombie grabs your legs and begins devouring them hungrily. You have lost the game because this is an end condition." The street is a room. The street is south of the foyer, east of the firehouse, and east of the beach. "From the street, you can see a firehouse to the west, and a beach to the east." The firehouse is a room. There are crackers in the firehouse. The beach is a room. It is east of the street. There are zombies in the beach. Every turn when the player is in the beach, say "You reach the beach and see more zombies moving toward you. You retreat, sure that you are done for this time, when you are grabbed roughly from behind. You let out a scream of fear and surprise. The strangers do not appear to be zombies when you turn around to face them, and they anxiously direct you to a helicopter, explaining about the infection that caused the zombies, and that you are one of the lucky survivors. You have won the game by reaching the safety of the beach." [DOORS] The wooden door is a door. It is east of the Hallway. [OBJECTS] There are crackers in the firehouse. The crackers are edible. After eating the crackers: say "You eat the crackers, unaware of how old they are, but uncaring because you have no idea when you last ate, nor when you will next be able to. You notice a bed in the corner, and decide to spend the night there. Your dog curls up at your feet. In the morning, you awake, disoriented, but immediately realize you must leave." [CHARACTERS] There is a dog in the Bedroom. Every turn when the player is in the Bedroom, say "You whistle to the dog and it follows you."
