Excuse is a kind of value. The excuses are baking a pie, dusting the shelves, walking by, sitting down, reading a book. Ending is a number variable. Ending is 0. Use no scoring. The murderer is a person that varies. When play begins: now the murderer is a random person that is not the player. Accusing is an action applying to one thing. Understand "accuse [somebody]" as accusing. Check accusing: if the noun is the murderer begin; say "You accuse [the murderer] of the murder.[paragraph break][the murderer] gasps and looks around nervously.[paragraph break]Suddenly, the police come in and arrest [the murderer]. Justice!"; end the game saying "You have solved the case!" instead; end if. Carry out accusing: say "[printed name] says 'No, no, it wasn't me. I was just [a random excuse from baking a pie to reading a book] over there when that happened.'[paragraph break]The police arrest you for false accusations."; now ending is 1; end the story saying "Game Over". The place is a room. "Say 'accuse (somebody)' to accuse somebody of the murder." William is a person in the place. Wilma is a person in the place. Larry is a person in the place. Mary is a person in the place. When play ends: if ending is 1, say "The real murderer was [the murderer]."
