"The Katrinian Age" by Katrina Moran

When entire game begins: 
	say "It is the Katrinian age. Everything is perfect except that people have forgotten how to make paper. You have been sent on a quest to find the very last piece of paper EVER.";

Jungle is a room. "You are in a Jungle. To the north is a Big Tree. To the south is a river. To the east is a smaller tree. To the west is a swamp.".    

Death1 is east of the jungle. "You have run into the tree and died.". 

use Undo Prevention.
 
Death2 is south of the jungle. "You have fallen into the river and died.".
 
use Undo Prevention. 

the Big Tree is north of the Jungle. "There is a really big tree in front of you. You  can see something poking out of the branches above you.".

Tree Branch is up of the Big Tree. " You are in the tree. There is a something long and skinny sticking out of the branches to the east of you.". 

 Instead of going up in Jungle, say "you reach for the branches and miss.". Jungle is below Small Branch.

Small Branch is east of the Tree Branch. "You are on a small branch."

In the Small Branch is a paintbrush. It is an object. "There is a paintbrush on the branch.".

The Swamp is west of the Jungle. "There is a swamp here. It is so foggy that you can't see any shore across the swamp except west.". 

the raft is an object in the swamp. "There is a raft tied to a pole next to the swamp.".

the Swamp Beach is west of the Swamp. "You have rowed across the swamp to the other side. There is a hill to the south of you but the rest of the land looks gross ad marshy." 

the Hill is south of Swamp Beach. "There is a hill with a cottage perched on top.".

The Meadow is up of the Hill. "There is a small cottage with a mailbox. The door is wide open and you can smell something good cooking inside.".

the Mailbox is a closed openable container in the Meadow. "There is a mailbox in front of the house." 

Inside the Mailbox is a letter etched on wood. The description of the letter is "The letter is etched on wood because there is no paper and it is in another language so you can't read it. You will need someone to translate it. Maybe the person in the cottage can help you. You also might get some of the delicious smelling food they are cooking."

the Cottage is north of the Meadow. "You are inside the cottage. There is a man there. When you ask him to translate the letter he tells you that it says, [italic type] We have discovered that you will need to find a paintbrush, a pencil and a marker on your journey. We have a shortage of them here because there is no paper so we have no use for them. We think that if you can bring us a paintbrush, pencil and marker then we will be able to replicate them as we will do the paper. We have received a hint that the pencil is in the cave to the north of here. Good Luck. [roman type] You thank him and he tells you that he is a writer so the shortage of paper has affected him very harshly. He thanks you and gives you some food for the journey."   

The Cave Portal is north of the Cottage. "When you step outside you notice a glowing portal has opened up. Above it, the words 'Cave Portal' are floating in the air. You carefully step through the portal and appear in the cave. It is a small, empty cave. There is a big opening to the east but it is filled with rocks. A loud noise rumbles the rocks and a few of them shift. There is now an opening you can get through!"

Huge Cave is east of the Cave Portal. "When you enter the room the first thing you notice is the huge dragon. Then you notice it's asleep. "

The pencil is an object in the Huge Cave. "A pencil is near the dragon. You will have to get it without waking up the dragon."

After taking pencil, say "The dragon woke up and it was a close call but you made it. Another portal, to the north, opened up when you got into the other cave. It says 'Abandoned House'."

Abandoned House is north of the Huge Cave."You are in an abandoned house. It is a very cluttered house, but it doesn't seem to have been abandoned very long ago. All the doors seem to be blocked except the one that looks like the door to the child room, west of you."

Child's Room is west of the Abandoned House."They must have been a very little kid because there is a crib and Eww, is that a diaper? I wonder why they left."

The marker is an object in the Child's Room. "Hey look! There's a marker on the table. It looks like they were doing a coloring project."

After taking marker, say "A message appeared in the air: [italic type] You have been given the opportunity to find a paintbrush,a pencil, and a marker. If you haven't found all of them, you will need to retrace your steps and find them. Now all you need to find is a piece of paper. We have discovered that it is in a theatre somewhere. Break a leg! [roman type] When you look out the window you notice that there is a theatre across the street. You decide to check if the paper is there. That would be really lucky, though. There is a ladder from the window down to the street across from the theatre." 

The Street is down of the Child's Room."You have gone down the ladder and are now at the edge of the road. Across the north street is the theatre. You look down and notice the 4 leaf clover on your pants. Maybe you will be lucky and find the paper here."
 
The Theatre Entrance is north of the Street. "You are at the entrance to the theatre. It is a very beautiful old building."

The Lobby is north of the Theatre Entrance. "The lobby is empty because the  theatre is not open today. Luckily you know the owner and they already gave you the spare key for your birthday because they know how much you like to spend time there. You can see the stairs to the Auditorium from here. "

The Auditorium is up of the Lobby. "You are in the auditorium. You have checked all the seats for the paper but there are no programs anymore because there is only one sheet of paper so you didn't find any thing. Maybe up on the stage."

The Stage is up of the Auditorium. "You are on the same stage as some amazing actors like Katrina Soran and Anna Yunderson. You don't see the paper anywhere though. Maybe west, backstage."

Backstage is west of the Stage. "It is very cluttered backstage and pretty dark. You notice something on the floor under the desk. It looks like a piece of paper! You have found your paper! The last piece of paper ever! Paper has been saved!"

Paper is an object in Backstage. "You notice something on the floor under the desk. It looks like a piece of paper!"

After taking paper, say "You have found your paper! The last piece of paper ever! Paper has been saved! You have found a paintbrush, a pencil, a marker and the last piece of paper ever! Well Done!"
