When play begins, say "It's a beautiful day." The Kitchen is a room. "Overflowing with all shades of yellow, the kitchen has saffron plates and silverware laid out on the table, and the sink is filled with gold pots and pans. The butter-colored curtains hang in front of floral arrangements, thriving with daffodils, dandelions, and sunflowers." The trap door is in the kitchen. "The only thing that seems to stick out is a trap door, accompanied by a lock, beneath the table." There is also a key in the kitchen. "There is a key conveniently placed on the table." The key is in The Kitchen. The Kitchen is above The Basement. The Basement is a room. "Cobwebs fill the dark and empty room." Instead of going down, say "Locked." Instead of taking the trap door, say "Can't do that."
