It is locked and scenery The key unlocks the wood door. The description of the beach is "a wide expanse of gray sand. The ocean stretches out the the horizon. You see a shark in the ocean". The ocean is south of the beach. A shark is in the ocean. the shark is scenery. The description of the ocean is "You wade into the ocean.
