"Explore and Examine"

When play begins:
	say "Your arms stretch up as you wake up, your eyes a bit drowsy, but then facts about everything in your room spring to your mind. Find out the facts using the commands x or l!".

[YOUR ROOM]
Your Room is a lighted room.
"Welcome to your room! You just woke up on your bed. Please feel free to explore and examine! After all, it's the title of this game! The living room is to your left."

A thing can be drinkable.

Instead of drinking something drinkable:
say "You drink the [noun] with happiness, tasting deliciousness everywhere.";
Remove the noun from play.

A thing can be unstealable. A thing is usually not unstealable.

Instead of taking something unstealable:
 say "That's not yours!";
 decrease score by 1.

The cup of milk is a drinkable object in Your Room. The description of the cup of milk is "Here's an educational fact: Did you know that scientists have discovered how milk assists you in falling asleep and is commonly taken before bed? Reportedly, the milk's amino acids will signal your brain to release a small amount of a tranquillizing substance."
The bed is a supporter in Your Room. It is scenery. The description is "A warm and comfy bed, perfect for dozing."
Player is carrying a sedimentary rock.  The description of the sedimentary rock is "A rock you collected...because you're a rock collector! Better find the other two types of rocks, metamorphic and igneous."
The Shotokan banner is an object in Your Room. The description of the Shotokan banner is "A Shotokan banner with kanji meaning Shotokan on it. You do some age-ukes and mae-geri kicks to practice after seeing it. Fact: Shotokan actually means 'house of Shoto'. Shoto was the pen name of Gichin Funakoshi, the founder of Shotokan. Gichin just called it 'karate', never giving it a name."
The Panama hat is a wearable thing in Your Room. The description is "Fact: Did you know that the Panama hat is made from the toquilla plant?"
The karate gi is a wearable thing. Player wears karate gi. The description is "A karate gi that motivates you. Fact: Shotokan karate was performed with everyday clothes until Gichin Funakoshi put gis to help market karate." Understand "dogi" and "uniform" as the karate gi.
[LIVING ROOM]
West of Your Room is the Living Room. The Living Room is a room.
"The Living Room is nicely decorated. You can see your dining room in the north. The entrance to outside is to the left."
The couch is a supporter in the living room. It is scenery. The description is "Fact: An ordinary couch has more germs than the average guest."
The sheet is an object in the living room. The description is "A sheet with Cody's dirty dog paws all over it. Go check the colourful sweater in the bakery that's been there for over a year to retrieve a fact."
Cody is a neuter animal in the Living Room. The description is "An apricot miniature poodle. He likes to sit on the couch. Fun fact: miniature poodles are one of the smartest dog breeds out there!" 

Instead of taking Cody:
 say "He's gone on a hundred walks this morning; I suppose he's tired."

After asking Cody about "woof":
 say "[one of]Woof![or]Bark![or]Ruff![or]Ruff! Ruff![or]Cody whines.[or]Cody barks at you uncontrollably.[or]Cody doesn't respond.[at random]".

After asking Cody about "bark":
 say "[one of]Woof![or]Bark![or]Ruff![or]Ruff! Ruff![or]Cody whines.[or]Cody barks at you uncontrollably.[or]Cody doesn't respond.[at random]".

After asking Cody about "ruff":

After asking Cody about "leash":

After asking Cody about "window":

After asking Cody about "coding":

The table is a supporter in the living room. It is scenery. The description is "A wooden table."
On the table is a computer. The computer is an object. The description is "A computer with Safari on it. This reminds you that you're going on a great safari...for facts! Check that polar bear toy in the bakery." After taking the computer, increase the score by 2.

Instead of dropping the computer:
 say "You're going to break it.";
 decrease the score by 1.

[DINING ROOM]

North of the Living Room is the Dining Room. The Dining Room is a room.
"This is where you eat; find food supplies to the east."
The dining table is a supporter in the Dining Room. The description is "A dining table that has been used for a few years."

[PANTRY]

East of the Dining Room is the Pantry. The Pantry is a room.
"A stock of food supplies."
The carrot cake is an edible object in the Pantry.  The description of the carrot cake is "A delicious carrot cake from the Vevintire bakery."

After eating the carrot cake:
 say "Yummy!";
 increase the score by 1.

[SECRET ROOM]

Below Your Room is the Secret Room. It is a room.
"A secret room you found when you accidentally tripped on one of the floorboards under your bed."

[LIBRARY]

South of your room is the Library. It is a room.
"Your home library with lots of books."

[VEVINTIRE STREET]
West of the Living Room is Vevintire Street. It is a room. "Vevintire Street, a small peaceful street with the occasional car vrooming across it. The Vevintire bakery is north, and your dojo is south. West is Vesta Street.”

The pencil is an object in Vevintire Street. The description is "Fun fact: graphite was discovered in 1594 and named black lead until 1779. It was renamed graphite because scientists discovered it wasn't lead! " 

[BAKERY]

North of Vevintire Street is the Bakery. It is a room. "The smell of carrot cakes and muffins waft from the counter. Three items are 100% off."
The fresh carrot cake is an edible object in the Bakery. The description of the fresh carrot cake is "A delicious carrot cake fresh from the Vevintire bakery. 100% off!"
The carrot muffin is an edible object in the Bakery. The description of the carrot muffin is "A delicious carrot muffin from the Vevintire bakery. 100% off!"
The baker is a man in the bakery. The description is "A baker holding a baguette in his hands." Baker carries baguette. The baguette is edible. The description is "Try it!" Baker carries dough. The dough is edible. The description is "An ingredient of pizza." The pumpkin pie is edible. The description is "A pumpkin pie. 100% off!" The polar bear toy is a thing in the bakery. It is unstealable. The description is "Fun fact: One of the tourist attractions in Churchill, Manitoba are polar bears! Beware though; their paws are like sledgehammers."

After eating the baguette:
  say "You eat the baguette, crunching into its delicious bread."

After asking the baker about "baguette":
  say "Hey, try a free sample with some dough!";
  Now Player carries baguette;
  Now Player carries dough;
  increase score by 1.

The colourful sweater is a wearable thing in the Bakery. It is unstealable. The description is "Did you know that vegetable juices were used to dye threads made from wool in Norway? It was common in c. 870, and people still do it today! You can do it yourself by looking it up."

[DOJO]

South of Vevintire Street is the Dojo. The Dojo is a room. "You take off your shoes and enter the dojo, bowing."

[VESTA STREET]

Vesta Street is a room. It is west of Vevintire Street. “Vesta Street, a little-known street here. To the east is Vevintire Street. Fact: 9% of the asteroid belt’s mass is an asteroid named Vesta.”
