"there is a door to the east, labeled A, a door to the south labeled S, a door to the west labeled L and one to the north, labeled W " the fireplace is in central room. "there is a brick lined fireplace here". the passage door is a hidden door. it is above central room and below secret room. the description of the fireplace is "the fireplace is old and dirty. there is one brick that is a slightly different colour" after examining the fireplace: reveal brick. the brick is a thing. the brick is fixed in place on the fireplace. the brick is hidden. instead of pushing brick: say "a door is revealed!"; reveal passage door instead of entering the fireplace: if fireplace is locked: say "you are getting all dirty with soot"; otherwise: move player to secret room [******************* SECRET ROOM ******************] the secret room is a room. the land hole is a container in the secret room the water hole is a container in the secret room the space hole is a container in the secret room the air hole is a container in the secret room the button is a thing in the secret room. instead of pushing the button: if land ball is in land hole and water ball is in water hole and space ball is in space hole and air ball is in air hole: say "CONGRATULATIONS YOU HAVE REACHED THE END OF YOUR ADVENTURE!!!! WELL DONE!!!!"; otherwise: say "this button doesn't seem to do anything. " the description of the secret room is " there is really nothing interesting here except ...." [******************** LAND ROOM **************] the land room is west of central room. the field is here. the field is a container. "you see a field, there are paths in between rows of hay.". the description of the field is "you walk into the field and look around. there is a sack on the ground." the sack is inside the field. The sack is a locked container. the land ball is in the sack. "the ball has blades of grass with earth underneath them imprinted on it" instead of cutting the sack, say " wierdo, are you the hulk? seriously just because you can't open something doesn't mean you have to rip it! have some respect to other peoples' property!" the sign is here. "There is sign in front of the field but you can't make out what it says". the description of the sign is "I said you can't make out what it says, didn't I?" instead of taking the sign, say "Are you nuts? its a sign that you can't read!" [******************** WATER ROOM ******************] The water room is north of central room. "you are underwater, you find that you can breath! there is nothing but water for miles except a cave to the north" a cave is a north of the water room. the description of the cave is "you are in a cave. in the corner you see a glint". the corner is in the cave. the corner is an undescribed container. the water ball is in the corner. the description of the water ball is "It is a shiny ball here with a wave imprinted on it". after taking the water ball: say " Taken.[if sack is carried] you see a blinding flash. the sack is no longer locked!"; now the sack is unlocked. [************************ AIR ROOM ******************] the Air room is east of central room. "you are above the clouds and you find that you are floating! there is nothing for miles but a cloud" a cloud is in the air room. the cloud is a closed container. "You see a cloud here" the key is in the cloud. instead of taking cloud: say "you try but find that suddenly it seems you are in a cloud room, a thief is there and doesn’t seem to notice you, he has something in his hand but you can’t see what it is he suddenly vanishes and the only thing you can see that has changed is a key lying on the floor"; now everything in the cloud is in the location; remove cloud from play; [************************ SPACE ROOM ******************] the space room is south of central room. "you are in what seems to be space, you can’t reach them but you can see venus, mercury, jupiter and all the rest, the only thing within reach is a box with a keyhole in it" the box is a locked container in the space room the key unlocks box inside the box is the air ball and the space ball
