Front of grocery store is a room. "You are in a grocery store. You're here to pick up a list of items for your short-tempered mother, but you have no idea what she wants. She nagged you to write them down as she listed the items, but you knew you could remember. 

You didn't remember. You do remember that you have 30 minutes and exactly $19.36 to get everything. Calling her with your phone would be costly, as she would grow very angry. Now you must resort to struggling with your terrible memory.

You can go north to aisle 1, then continue from 2 to 7, or to the deli or bakery, to help remember."
