The description of the heavy iron door is "The heavy iron door looks imposing.[if the heavy iron door is locked] It looks impossible to open without a key.[otherwise]It hangs invitingly open." The heavy iron door is a door. The heavy iron door is south of Building and north of End Of Road. It is lockable and locked. The matching key of the heavy iron door is the rusty key. A room called Forest is south of End Of Road."You are in a deep dark forest, to the east there is a Shallow Precipice and to the south there is a path. To the north is a building." A room called Shallow Precipice is east of Forest. Instead of going to Shallow Precipice when player is in Forest, say "This is still deep enough to kill you but to the south there is a way down. You cant get to it from here but if you could find a way around?" A room called Forest Clearing is south of Forest. "To the east you can see an indent in the rock and to the west you can see a river that curves away to the northwest." A room called Indent in Rock is east of Forest Clearing. "You are in the Precipice at the shallow end, to the north the Precipice carrys on, and to the west there is a Forest Clearing" A room called Shallow Precipice is north of Indent in Rock. "You are in the middle of the Precipice. Above you can see the sun. To the north is the end of the precipice." A room called Precipice is north of Shallow Precipice. "You are in a deep Precipice above you can just see the sun. On the groung beside you is a key. It must of been dropped from above." The rusty key is in Precipice. A room called Interior Building is north of building. "Inside the building is a fire place smoking happily. There is a swirling mass of magyx in the corner. On the floor is a pipe a bottle and a chunk of meat." well room is a region. Interior Building and Building are in well room. The pipe, the bottle, the chunk of meat are things in Interior Building. The description of the bottle is "Green and empty, it looks curiously robust." Instead of attacking the bottle, say "You worry that you might cut yourself - the bottle seems impossible to break anyway..." Instead of eating chunk of meat, say "It looks raw and you could get a disease. I wander what amimal it came from? It smells familiar..." The description of the pipe is "Pretty useless without tobacco to smoke in it." the description of the chunk of meat is "raw and red." The fire place and the magyx are scenery in Interior Building. The description of the fire place is "So thats where the smoke was coming from." The description of the magyx is "It looks like a portal to some where. The picture in the middle of trhe portal is the castle you saw in the distance maby thats where it leads." A room called Infront of the gates is north of Interior Building. "You have travled through the portal and you are now infront of the castle gates to the south is the portal. To the north are the big doors of the castle. To the west you can see a river, haven't I seen that somewere before?" A room called River Bend is west of forest clearing. "You are at a bend in the river to your west the river carrys on." A room called River straight is west of River Bend. "You are at a straight of the river to the northwest the river carys on." A room called lake is northwest of River straight. " You are at a crystal clear lake to the southeast is a straight of river to the north the river enters a jungle." A room called jungle is north of lake. " you are in a dense jungle traveling along side the river there is a well worn path here but to your side the jungle is impenatrable. to the north is a river gate that will bar your path." A room called river gate is north of jungle. Instead of going to river gate when player is in jungle, say "the gate can only be opend from the other side" A room called river meander is northeast of river gate. "you can see a river gate to the southwest and another section of river to the northeast." A room called oxbow lake is northeast of river meander and west of Infront of the gates. "you are east of the castle to the southwest is a meandering river." A room called river gate is southwest of river meander and north of jungle. "it is a river gate blocking the way. it is openable from this side." A room called main hall is north of Infront of the gates. "you are in a big main hall there is a massive table. there are passeges leading off to the west and east. there are a pair of glowing eyes to the east" The Table is scenery in main hall. The description of Table is "a long table." A plate and a knife are on the Table. The description of the plate is "a china plate." The description of the knife is "a blunt knife." A room called W/E passage way is west of main hall. "you are in a west/east passage." A room called E/W passage way is east of main hall. "there is a note on the wall." A dog is a person. The dog is in the E/W passage way. The initial appearance of the dog is "there is a vicous dog growling at you." The description of the dog is "the dog has red eyes and a foaming mouth." Every turn when the player is in the E/W passage way and the dog is visible: say "[one of]'Bark!'[or] the dog growls.[or] the dog crouches ready to pounce.[in random order]" Instead of taking dog: say "the dog jumps at you and mauls your face. a voice says 'You fell for it.'"; end the game in death. the note is scenery in E/W passage way. the description of the note is " a note taped to the wall it says: 'Take the dog. I no longer want it. It may aid you...' " Instead of giving something (called the object) to the dog: say "You throw [the object] to the dog. the dog doesnt seem interested."; move the object to E/W passage way. Check going to tower when dog is in E/W passage way: say "you can't go that way it is blocked by the dog."; stop the action. Instead of giving chunk of meat to dog: say "you throw the meat to the dog and the dog lets you pass - it trots off to eat."; award 20 points; remove dog from play; remove chunk of meat from play. Every turn: if the player has been in the E/W passage way for 5 turns, say "the dog growls ferociously, you should leave soon." [finaly the dog is working. it took me ages to get that working.] a room called tower is east of E/W passage way. " you are in a tower climbing high up to the sky to the west is the main hall." a room called circular chamber is up from tower. "you are in a very barren room there is a window looking out to the sourounding country side." the window is scenery in the circular chamber. the description of the window is "[one of]you can just see the building in the distance the smoke is still rising out the top.[or] you can see the river and the river gate.[or] the lake is sparkiling nicely on the horizon.[in random order]" a room called tower attic is up from circular chamber."a attic for a tower. there is a trunk in the corner." trunk is a container. the trunk is openable, lockable and closed The trunk is in tower attic. Instead of opening trunk: say "a snake leaps out at you and bites your hand. you suddenly feel drousy and fall over into the trunk. the trunk closes with a snap. you feel your self being lifed up. a voice says: 'wow this is heavy and i still have to get it down the stairs.' you feel a lot of bumps as the trunk goes down the stairs. another voice says 'careful catch it!' as you slide into the main hall and out the door and into the river![paragraph break] soon the trunk glides to a stop you get out. it looks like you have been caried dow a small stream. you are now at a wooden dock. in front of a house, your house, you're home!"; award 20 points; end the game in victory. a room called dead end is west of W/E passage way. "a dead end."
