It's shadowy and you're still very much on edge from last night. You start walking faster. Suddenly, your path is blocked. All you see is legs, and then everything goes dark. You haven't passed out, your vision has just been obscured. You feel your backpack being taken off and your hands tied together. Everything is happening so quickly, you're too shocked to struggle or even scream. Whoever (or whatever) is tying your hands has cold, clammy skin. It's actually really gross. Now everything's really gone black, as they've knocked you upside the head with something. You're taken east. (that means go east please, thank you.)" [Unknown Location] East of Ally is Unknown Location. Unknown Location is a room. "You regain consciousness in a bright white room. You have absolutely no clue where you are. Empty room is north of Creepy Hallway. "You walk in to a room that is... completely empty. You can hear a sort of electric hum throughout the room. This room is honestly pretty large, but there's not a thing in here. White walls, and a white floor. Lame." [Conference Room] South of the Creepy Hallway is the Conference Room. Conference Room is a room. "You walk in to what looks like a conference room. A long, white (of course) table fills the room, surrounded by more than a dozen white chairs. What's with all the white? Who was the interior designer responsible for this? The door closes behind you. That's weird. You sit in the chair at the head of the table. Suddenly, ropes from seemingly nowhere (inside the chair?) strap you down. You're immobilized and you can only hope you're not going to get knocked out again. Your attention is drawn to the rest of the chairs around the table, as, one by one, aliens materialize into them. These aliens don't really look like the ones you've seen on TV. They're vaguely human shaped, but some of them shine like silver while others are downright iridescent. Some of them have two eyes, like you, while others have up to 9! Before you can finish analyzing each one, the silvery one seated at the other end of the table speaks. 'Welcome back, our king.' to continue, go east" [Conference Room Cont] Conference Room Cont is east of Conference Room. Conference Room Cont is a room. "... What. You struggle to speak, due to shock. '...what?' you choke out. The alien laughs, 'You've been gone for far too long! You look as though you don't remember us!' Yeah, they've definitely got the wrong kid. 'I'm sorry, what?' Your voice is stronger now, since you've had a few seconds to calm down from being, you know, strapped to a chair very suddenly. 'That's because he doesn't, Arion.' Speaks another alien, an iridescent one, from your right. 'The King doesn't remember us or have any idea what's going on right now.' 'Yeah I really don't, so if someone could explain that would be... helpful.' Everybody around the table turns to the second alien, waiting. 'Well, I guess I'll start from the beginning. We are an interstellar race that has existed for billions of years. You are one of us. You come from a long line of royals and you became our king, at a very young age, when your father passed away. You were captured by humans - mages, actually - in search of a ransom. We recently captured them and... dealt with them. Before they were dealt with, we got some information out of them. They refused to tell us how exactly they got a hold of you, no matter how much we tortured them, but they did reveal that they cast a spell on you to make you appear human, wiped your memory, and raised you as their own kin. We were able to eventually track them down, but when we returned to your 'home' to bring you back, you were not there like we had expected. We found you nearby and brought you here, home. I think you're about caught up! There's much more you need to relearn but that's for a later time. What are your thoughts?' That's a lot to process. 'Okay, so, if I've got this right, you're saying you murdered my parents (who are not really my parents) because they kidnapped me because I'm the king of some alien empire and they wanted money.' '...yeah pretty much' A moment of silence passes. All eyes are on you. 'Alright then. Where do I start? Who's gonna teach me how to run this place?'"
