Combs 349 is a room. Power Surge is a scene. Power Surge begins when the player is in Combs 349 for 2 turns. When Power Surge begins: Now Combs 349 is dark; say "The lights flash brightly, forcing your eyes to close. When you open them again, all is dark.". When Power Surge ends: Now Combs 349 is lit; say "The lights come back on." Power Surge ends when the player is in Combs 349 for 4 turns.
