The Cabin is a room.
The Cabin is north of the Forest.
The description of the Cabin is "A small house, not a Cabin. I don't know why people call it a Cabin. Anyway, it is owned by an elderly resident around these parts."

The Interior is north of the Cabin.
The description of the Interior is "A dark, musky area with a trapdoor in a corner and a box."

The box is a closed, fixed in place, openable container in the Interior. It is scenery. The description of the box is "Hmm, a box."
Inside the box is a journal. The description of the journal is "They're coming for me now. I thought that no one could survive that amount of radiation."
After examining the journal: say "What could he mean by that? I need to find him."
The Basement is a room.
The Basement is north of the trapdoor.
The description of the Basement is "A pitch black room. You can feel a button though."

After examining the Screen:
