"you see a camera behind you" every turn: if player carries the camera, move player to Outdoors. say "the camera pulls you in and spits you out."; the description of the spoon is "slimy." the camera is edible. the description of the camera is "glassy smooth" the iron door is a closed locked door. it is south of the box. the spoon unlocks the iron door, say you bash it open. the Outdoors is a room. it is south of the iron door. "you reach the outside and it is cool" the slime is in Outdoors. it is an animal.
