The description of the Wingpack is "It looks like these belong to Andrew." The Wingpack is wearable. The description of the knife is "This is a knife. You fucking idiot." The knife can be used to cut. The description of the sunhat is "This is a pink sunhat. Probably Flora's." The AR-15 is edible. The description of the AR-15 is "The AR-15 probably belongs to Josh. Eat it. I fucking dare you." If the AR-15 is eaten, the description is "You died."
