The ccn of the safe is "749". The dial has a number called dn. The dial has numbers called d1, d2, and d3. The dial has some text called cc. The cc of the dial is "[d1][d2][d3]". Every turn when cc of the dial is ccn of the safe: say "There is a creak as the safe opens."; now the safe is open. Turning to is an action applying to one number. Understand "turn to [number]" or "set to [number]" or "spin to [number]" or "spenn to [number]" as turning to. Instead of turning a thing to the number understood when the noun is not the safe: say "That is unlikely.".
